After a 2-year search, Grace Episcopal Church welcomes their new Rector: Reverend Victor Sarrazin

The Wardens and Vestry of Grace Episcopal Church, Middletown, NY are pleased to announce that they have called the Reverend Victor Sarrazin to be the 20th Rector of the parish. Father Sarrazin served for 11 years as the Rector of St Stephen’s Episcopal Church, Sierra Vista, AZ. Most recently, he and his wife Rhonda have been living in the Bronx, NY. Father and Mrs. Sarrazin will be living in the Grace Church Rectory and are looking forward to getting to know the Middletown community.
Father Victor shared, "at the parish I most recently served, I worked to empower lay leadership in developing their own liturgical style through a collaborative "team" ministry approach.” He also has varied experiences as a parish priest, teacher and spiritual director. He is very enthusiastic about having an opportunity to become involved with the Guild of St. Margaret Soup Kitchen at Grace Church. Father Victor’s personal interests include fly-fishing, camping and hiking. He enjoys being in the Northeast and does not miss the desert!
Father Sarrazin’s tenure will begin at Grace Episcopal Church on Monday June 4th, 2018. He will celebrate his first masses at the church on Sunday, June 10th at 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. The parish is inviting the community, as well as current and past Grace Church members to attend one of these services and welcome Father and Mrs. Sarrazin to Middletown.
